CHARACTERISTICS:
Capacity from 10 up to 60 Nm
Torque range of Giustaforza10-60 Pro is ideal for the elements of the bicycle with the highest torque specifications (bottom bracket, cassettes). In use, always refer to the torque values specified on technical documents or printed on the parts themselves.
Easy to use
- Set the desired torque value rotating the knob and reading the torque on the scale;
- depending on the threading of the part you want to tighten, push the square section bar through the wrench head to one side or the other, to set the ratcheting;
- using the tool, a loud ‘CLICK’ and a 3° free-movement tells when the torque has been reached;
- always take the wrench to minimum torque value after use.
Reversible ratcheting head
For a higher productivity in professional applications, Giustaforza 10-60 Pro has a ratcheting head, with 3/8″ square. IMPORTANT: the ratcheting action can be reversed by pushing the square section bar through the wrench head to one side or the other.
Heavy-duty
Giustaforza 10-60 Pro weighs 950 g, with an overall length of 370 mm.
A state-of-the art tool, built to last
Functional, linear in design and precise in any detail: Giustaforza 10-60 Pro has a steel body with laser-etched inscriptions, and it’s built to last. The mechanical, click-type functioning makes the wrench extremely shock tolerant and the absence of batteries or electronics increase its reliability. Each sample is checked and numbered as a single masterpiece.
Calibration service
The +-4% tolerance is guaranteed for 5000 cycles (5000 ‘clicks’), then the wrench should be re-calibrated. Calibration is a service we offer in our laboratory in Lugano (Switzerland) at the cost of 50 CHF plus shipping expenses (may vary depending on the countries: check terms & conditions with the national distributor). With every calibration, the tolerance of +-4% over nominal value will extend for 5000 cycles. After calibration, the wrench will return to the customer with a calibration certificate.
Giustaforza is made in Italy.

FAQ
Can I use Giustaforza only for tightening (clockwise) or also for unscrewing (counter-clockwise)?
-
Giustaforza 1-8: while we suggest to use it for its intended purpose, calibrated tightening, the wrench can also be used to unscrew, there are no negative effects on the calibration;
-
Giustaforza 10-60 Pro: while we suggest to use it for its intended purpose, calibrated tightening, the wrench can also be used to unscrew, after having reversed the operation of the ratchet using the square through pin, there are no negative effects on the calibration;
-
Giustaforza 1-15 Pro & Pro Evo: while we suggest to use it for its intended purpose, calibrated tightening, the wrench can also be used to unscrew, after having reversed the operation of the ratchet, there are no negative effects on the calibration;
Is the Giustaforza wrench calibrated for clockwise and also anti-clockwise tightening?
Even if all Giustaforza wrenches also work counter-clockwise, not all of them are calibrated in this direction.
-
Giustaforza 1-8: NOT CALIBRATED for anti-clockwise tightening. The wrench can also be used to unscrew, but it does not click at the set torque;
-
Giustaforza 10-60 Pro: CALIBRATED for anti-clockwise tightening (clicks at the set torque).
-
Giustaforza 1-15 Pro: NOT CALIBRATED for anti-clockwise tightening. The wrench can also be used to unscrew, but it does not click at the set torque;
-
Giustaforza 1-15 Pro Evo: CALIBRATED for anti-clockwise tightening (clicks at the set torque).
At what torque value should I set the Giustaforza wrench, when I'm not using it?
The torque wrenches must be stored with the minimum torque value set.
-
Giustaforza 1-8: 1 Nm.
-
Giustaforza 10-60 Pro: 10 Nm.
-
Giustaforza 1-15 Pro & Pro Evo: 1 Nm.
How does the Giustaforza torque wrench indicate that the correct torque has been reached during use?
The Giustaforza features a user-friendly mechanism to indicate the correct torque. When you reach the desired torque, the wrench emits a loud 'CLICK' sound, and there's a 3° free movement.
Could you explain the calibration process for the Giustaforza torque wrench and how often it should be calibrated?
The Giustaforza torque wrench comes with a +-4% tolerance, which is guaranteed for 5000 cycles or 'clicks.' After this, it should be re-calibrated. The calibration service is available in Bioggio, Switzerland, and costs 50 CHF. With each calibration, the tolerance of +-4% over the nominal value will extend for another 5000 cycles. After calibration, the wrench is returned to the customer with a calibration certificate.
