FAQ
What is Cog Brush used for?
Cog Brush is specifically designed to remove mud and dirt from the chain and sprockets. Thanks to its double set of bristles, it is able to reach the dirt even inside the cassette, in the spaces between the sprockets.
How can I use Cog Brush?
We recommend using it together with Allpine Extra, the biodegradable degreaser suitable for deep cleaning of the chain. Apply the degreaser to the chain and sprockets, and then use the Cog Brush to scrub away the mud and dirt.
And what about the thin and toothed handle?
The thin and toothed handle of the Cog Brush is designed to slip between the sprockets to remove dirt. However, it is suitable for transmissions up to a maximum of 10 speeds, as the spacing for 11, 12, and 13 speeds is too narrow. For transmissions with 11 speeds and above, the brush positioned on the tip of the Cog Brush, with thick and long bristles, performs the same task effectively.
